Our story

Jeff Mannering is Director of Audi Australia and Chairman of the Audi Foundation, a role he has held since 2022. Jeff began his career with Audi in 1998 and has held senior leadership positions across Australia, the Middle East, Singapore and Korea. With a strong commitment to making a positive difference, Jeff is passionate about the Audi Foundation’s role in supporting organisations and initiatives that create meaningful change in Australian communities. Jeff is married with three adult children and is now a proud grandfather. Outside work, he enjoys long-distance walking, a good wine and a great steak!

Anthony Altomonte is the Managing Director of the Alto Group, a position he has held since 1995. Anthony possesses a strong background in strategic planning and operations management that has ensured the continued growth of the Group over the past few decades. The Group now employs over 650 staff and is still proudly family owned. Anthony has been a keen philanthropist for many years and has a strong commitment to embedding good business practices that can help service the needs of the broader community. Anthony enjoys fishing and flying. He attended Knox Grammar School in Sydney. Anthony and his wife Jane have one son, Tommy.

Nick Pagent is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Autosports Group. He has over 25 years’ experience in the Motor Vehicle industry across Australia and the United Kingdom. Nick has been CEO of Autosports Group (ASG) since its formation. Prior to founding ASG, Nick worked in the United Kingdom in senior roles with Mercedes-Benz London (Director Sales) and Head of Business (Executive Audi, Hertfordshire). Nick also spent five years with the Trivett Classic Group as GM of Honda, Audi, MG Rover and Alfa Romeo.

Tania Meli serves as the Dealer Principal of Audi Centre Gold Coast and holds a Senior Executive position at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive. Recognised with multiple National and Dealer of the Year awards, MTAQ Women in Industry and is particularly proud of being peer nominated to win the FSA Leadership Award. Tania is passionate about mentoring and advocating for women in business, acknowledged through various Women in Automotive awards. As a Gold Coast native, Tania generously fundraises for initiatives aimed at aiding the less fortunate and is committed to making a positive impact in her community.

Bobby Zagame is the founder and Managing Director of Zagame Automotive Group, a proudly owned and operated family business with customer-first principles formed from years of experience in the hospitality industry. With over 20 years in the automotive arena, Zagame Automotive Group is one of Australia’s leading automotive retail organisations for sports, luxury and performance vehicles, representing 16 automotive brands throughout Melbourne and Adelaide. Away from his work Bobby is a supporter of many charitable causes, including Ronald McDonald House, Peter Mac, and is a Director of the Epworth Medical Foundation Board. A true car enthusiast and collector of fine vehicles and automotive memorabilia, Bobby is also known for his interest in sport, fitness and values time away from work with his family.

James Phillips is Dealer Principal of Autosports Group Adelaide and brings more than 14 years of experience within the group, having built a career across some of Australia’s leading premium automotive dealerships. James’ career has been closely connected with Audi, including leadership roles at Audi Centre Parramatta and Audi Centre Mosman. His focus on people, performance and customer experience has been recognised through multiple Audi Dealer of the Year awards at both national and metro levels. Now based in Adelaide, James is proud to support the Audi Foundation and its commitment to creating meaningful change across Australia. He is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting initiatives that make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
